Panchanga (meaning Five Limbs) are the five limbs of time that form the basis of Vedic Astrology as they help us identify time and its qualities. Though Panchanga is the most basic thing in astrology so much so that on the first page of every traditional horoscope mention of Panchanga is always there but still nowadays the usage of Panchanga is highly ignored, so much so that many even don’t know what is Panchanga and how it is calculated, leave about its usage and predictions from it.

In my experience I have found Panchanga to be an invaluable tool, it is Panchanga that differentiates people and their fortune, I have seen Rajayoga’s can be useless without the support of Panchanga and with good Panchanga even an average horoscope can become very successful in life. As I always say, the horoscope influences over time whereas Panchanga is the quality of time, no matter how strong the bridge looks if the quality of the building material of the bridge is not good it is always risky to tread over it, same is with horoscope, with bad Panchanga things are only momentary.
