Great article. Lot of unique petspectives. Just have a doubt..
If retrograde planet gives the effect of previous house then what abt the star in which it is posited in the actual house?
Say if Saturn is retrograde in Rohini in 2nd house from lagna we can assume it will give the effects of the previous house, ie the 1st house Aries. But since Rohini can only be in Taurus, again it is like Saturn is only in 2nd house ??

Aspects of retro planets: e.g. retro Saturn in 3H – would it aspect, 1H, 9H and 6H or, 5H, 9H and 12H? Please confirm with rationale. Thank you!

    • Madhav, it will aspect 5th, 9th and 12th houses. why will it aspect 1st, 9th and 6th I don’t understand, retrograde planet means, as seen from earth the planet is observed/seen as it is moving backwards, but in actuality, it is not the case, hence reverse aspect option won’t work.
